Integrated Installations International, LLC, (i-3, LLC), Southfield, MI

§    Advised and supported commercial facilities, throughout Michigan, on electronic protection system design, project management, and operational strategies.

§    Oversaw and managed full scope of construction and system integration project staffing, outsourcing, budget management, permit attainment, contract negotiation, accounting, safety compliance, and timeline management.

§    Collaborated with Guardian Alarm on the advancement and implementation of security systems for various municipal buildings including police, court, and church facilities.

§    Upgraded, relocated, and transitioned the Delphi Corporation structured cabling network, including cabling infrastructure, wireless design, and build-out, collaboration with Capricorn Diversified Systems (IT division)

§    Completed full and partial system renovations for Comcast facilities throughout Michigan. Renovations consisted of upgrading the AC (alternating current – diesel generator) and/or DC (direct current – battery) backup power systems, OSP fiber optic d-marc installation, termination and testing and upgrades to the structured cabling build-out and wireless data connectivity.

§    Operated as construction manager for the complete build-out of several new Comcast facilities requiring onsite representative to oversee all aspects of the facilities renovation.

§    Communicated with and supported customers to assure adherence to project specifications, customer objectives, and projected deliverables.

§    Oversaw and managed all system implementation projects for ADT Security Systems throughout the State of Michigan, Northern and Central Ohio, and Western New York State.

§    Drove and ensured project quality installation, timeline adherence, and industry compliance through close monitoring of workforce performance, budget, cost control, and scheduling.

§    Led and managed comprehensive security implementation project American Axle and Manufacturing which incorporated a new integrated access control, CCTV and intercom system for all manufacturing plants (throughout the United States, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany and Japan), support and campus parking facilities.

§    Advanced company attendance and time keeping database platform with development and implementation of a series of turnstile barricades that utilized the newly installed card access system that successful interfaced with current time keeping system.

§    Responded to “Blackout of 2003” with design and installation of emergency diesel generators, replacement of exit and emergency lighting and the site-wide upgrade of the emergency communication network including the fire detection and annunciation systems.

§    Developed and led complete project specifics for multiple new and renovated multi-story facilities, in strict compliance with all BICSI standards, throughout Metropolitan Detroit Area.

§    Championed project specifics for key build-out and renovation projects for New Dime Building, Data Consulting Group (new world headquarters), and First Federal Building.
